Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
- Pulse until a coarse mixture forms.
- Form small balls or patties with the mixture.
- Brush the falafel with olive oil.
- Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and serve with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- Serve with tahini or yogurt sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can freeze for later use.
