- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Try adding cooked sausage for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
