- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Once cooked, use a fork to scrape the insides to create spaghetti-like strands.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.

- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the squash.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
