- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Press and cube the tofu.
- In a bowl, combine tofu, mixed vegetables, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- You can use any vegetables you like.
- For extra flavor, marinate tofu for 30 minutes before cooking.
