- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
- Serve on whole wheat buns with lettuce and tomato.
