- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the veggies with olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place the veggie mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
