A quick and nutritious veggie stir fry made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the veggies with olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the veggie mixture in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
