- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
- Mix spices in a bowl and rub the mixture onto the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, fillet side down.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then flip the chicken to fillet side up.
- Cook for an additional 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
