Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the steak.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes for medium rare, flipping halfway.
- Check the internal temperature (130°F/54°C for medium rare).
- Remove the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
