Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steelhead trout fillets dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over both sides of the fillets.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on the fillets.
- Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
