- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Red and pink frosting for decoration
- Heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Pour batter into mini cake pans.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool before decorating.
- Frost with red and pink frosting.
- Add heart-shaped sprinkles on top.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of frosting.
- Store in an airtight container.
- These cakes can be made a day in advance.
