Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Red and pink frosting for decoration
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  6. Pour batter into mini cake pans.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cakes cool before decorating.
  9. Frost with red and pink frosting.
  10. Add heart-shaped sprinkles on top.
