Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and a few drops of red food coloring.
- Pour batter into greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and prepare icing with powdered sugar and milk.
- Decorate with icing and sprinkles.
