Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 200g
- Milk chocolate – 200g
- White chocolate – 200g
- Heavy cream – 100ml
- Butter – 50g
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Assorted nuts – 100g
- Dried fruits – 100g
Instructions
- Chop the chocolates into small pieces.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
- Add the butter and vanilla extract.
- Stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a mold.
- Add nuts and dried fruits on top.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Remove from mold and cut into pieces.
- Package in a decorative box.
