- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 cup of strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup of whipped cream
- Heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and cook in the skillet until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Plate the heart-shaped toast and top with strawberries and whipped cream.
- Add heart-shaped sprinkles on top for decoration.
Notes
- You can use any type of bread.
- Substitute strawberries with other fruits if desired.
- Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
