- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toast the bread slices until golden.
- In a skillet, sauté spinach and cherry tomatoes until soft.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the toasted bread.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set.
