- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Add cheese slices on top of the patties in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and the cooked patties.
