Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Add cheese slices on top of the patties in the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill.
  7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and the cooked patties.
