- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt chocolate and cream together in a saucepan over low heat.
- In a bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until light.
- Add melted chocolate mixture and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into greased ramekins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
