Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Heat milk and butter until warm.
- Add milk mixture and egg to dry ingredients, mix until smooth.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
