Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine almond flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
  4. Add granulated sugar gradually and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract and food coloring.
  6. Fold the almond mixture into the egg whites gently.
  7. Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Let the macarons sit for 30 minutes to form a crust.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool completely.
  10. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, powdered sugar, and raspberry puree.
  11. Assemble macarons by sandwiching filling between two cookies.
