Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.

  3. Add quinoa and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, sauté asparagus in olive oil until tender.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Fluff quinoa with a fork and mix in the vegetables and basil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
