- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon, halved
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon halves and herbs if using.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, breast side down.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then flip the chicken over.
- Continue cooking for another 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
