Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Season the chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, fillet side down.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Carefully flip the chicken and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
